Periods Of Reservation

1-14 Days - Reservation for periods of 14 days or less must be paid in full at time of booking.

15-27 Days - Reservation of 15 to 27 days require a deposit of £150 with the balance payable in full on arrival. Cheques are only accepted up to the value of the cheque card.

4 Weeks & over - Reservations of 4 week lets require a deposit of £200 with the rent paid in full before occupancy will be given. The deposit will be returned on departure less oustanding charges.

6 Month lease - Reservations of accomodation on a six month lease or longer require a deposit of between £250 and £500 depending on type with one calendar months rent paid in advance.

Booking Conditions

Deposit Refunds - No refunds are given on deposits following cancellation unless the accomodation is re-let when deposits and advance payments will be repaid subject to a deduction for costs incurred and loss of rent.

Office Hours - 8.30am - 10.00pm Monday-Friday and 9.00am - 1.00pm Saturdays and Sundays.

Arrivals and Departures - Arrivals and Departures outwith the above office hours are subject to special arrangements. Occupancy of rooms can be given after 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Gas and Electricity - Consumption is charged on lets of 4 weeks and over. VAT, where applicable, is included.

Telephone Calls - Calls are metered and charged at curerent rate.

Linen and Towels - These are provided on arrival. Linen, Towel Changes and Maid  Service can be provided at extra cost.

Laundry Room with ironing and drying facilities are available for the use of residents.

Z-Beds - Z-Beds and linen can also be provided for older children at an extra cost.
