Chilled melon with mango water ice
cardamom and passion fruit syrup.

Whole dover sole... meuniere.
Deep fried haddock... polenta crust, tartare sauce.
Cumberland sausage... with colcannon and herb gravy.
Chargrilled rib-eye steak... cajun seasoning, pimento sauce.
Chicken envolope... with raisin and apricot stuffing, mountain thyme jus.
Vegetable and potato cake in pinhead oatmeal... basil cream sauce.
